We offer a range of healthcare services, including but not limited to personal care, companionship, meal preparation, companionship etc. Our services are provided by qualified healthcare/support worker professionals. The scope of services may vary based on individual client needs and provider expertise.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding their health.
• Follow the instructions and advice of healthcare providers.
• Attend scheduled appointments and notify us in advance if unable to attend.

5. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us at help@jsrhomecare.nz . If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the shift. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Fees and Payments
Our fees are outlined in [Fee Structure Document/Section] in an agreement. Payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
